Pricing - Does not include shipping and handling. Please indicate on/in your order if you would like someone to contact you with the estimated shipping charge. Kit Contents/Replenishment List- Each Kit will contain a list of contents. Items that may need checking and/or replacement will be so noted with the suggested replenishment date. Substitutions- In order to provide the very best service and value to our customers, Simpler Life will, if necessary, substitute items of like or greater value. Taxes- California will be charged applicable sales tax. Water and Food alone are not taxable. Out of State orders are not taxable. Kits are taxable Shipping, Handling, Delivery- Prices do not include shipping, handling and delivery. Simpler Life charges only the exact shipping plus a handling charge of $1.00 per box or $10.00 per pallet. Simpler Life will ship the least expensive way; UPS, UPS 100 weight, LTL, Full Truck or Rail, unless you direct otherwise. We cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes. Please advise us if you have any special delivery considerations such as inside delivery, etc. Unless you advise differently, shipment will be made to one location, dock delivery. If you need a forklift or pallet jack, or if the truck needs a lift gate and/or there is inside delivery you must advise us ahead of time. Should you desire, we do have the capability to "drop ship" to several locations Freshness & Timeliness of order- Simpler Life is a stocking distributor and kit manufacturer. Our kits are usually "made to order" to insure freshness and long shelf life. Therefore, our usual delivery times are 3 - 4 weeks for kits and 1 - 2 weeks for bulk items during normal (non-emergency) times. Should you need to receive your order sooner, please advise us at the time of order. We will give all diligence to meet your requirements. If we cannot meet your deadline, we'll say so. Satisfaction, Inspection and Authorized Returns- For 25+ years it has been the goal Simpler Life to exceed the expectations of our customers. You may be charged for the shipping and a 25% restocking fee. So it is very important to plan well & be sure that we know exactly what you desire.
